A New View is recruiting Community Ambassadors!
Community Ambassadors will connect people to A New View in a meaningful and personal way while hosting events and guided site tours of this project to combat illegal dumping in Camden, NJ by temporarily activating vacant land with relevant, public art.
Community Ambassador is a paid position.

Please provide a short answer to the following questions:

A New View is a public art project designed to bring attention to the issue of illegal dumping in Camden and alter negative perceptions of the City of Camden as we "reclaim our environment through art." How would you bring the message of A New View to Camden residents, neighbors, visitors and local businesess? *

One of the roles of Community Ambassador will be to give site tours of A New View sites. Please describe any experience you have with giving tours, public speaking and any other leadership experience you have. *

Community Ambassadors will serve as advocates for the project and the city of Camden. Please describe your experience with community engagement and organizing within Camden, NJ. This can include any volunteer service, missionary work, event planning, community education or experience where you served on a project, preferably as a group leader. *

A New View sites will be activated with interactive community programming throughout the summer. What are some of your ideas for events or programs you think might draw people to the sites? What are some ways that you can assist with site activation and illegal dumping education? *
